Packs are pre-made. Each pack will vary slightly by weight and may vary slightly by cut. Minimum 6 prime steaks -  up to 8, depending on weight. (T-bone, Rib Steak, Tenderloin). 1 Prime Roast (Sirloin Tip or Baron) - roast may be substituted with Short Ribs upon request.
Priced per pound at $21.50/lb, an average of 12lbs per pack will total $258/pack.
