It is common for an average family of 4 to go through 1/2 Beef in a 1 year span.

A 1/2 beef will fit in a 7 cubic foot chest freezer, or fill a stand up freezer.

Generally, our 40 lb Variety Packs are not customizable.

Our Beef is Grass-Fed, Grain Finished. While our cattle are raised on grass (grass-fed), in order to get the delicious quality of our beef, we finish our beef with grain (grain finished). This ensures the beef has ideal fine marbling, which is what gets you those delicious tender steaks! We prefer to finish our beef with grain supplementing as we find this is the taste preference most customers appreciate!

We put our animals health and well-being first! Our animals are never given routine antibiotics. We practice antibiotic usage only as a form of treatment for injured or unwell animals when/if necessary, and never in our animals that are being finished.
