Quarter Beef - $8.75/lb on hanging weight

*$300 deposit to confirm order*

 

Quarter Cow weights vary, and are based on the hanging weight. The hanging weight is the carcass weight which includes waste of bones, trimming etc. You can expect the finished meat weight you recevie to be approximately 64% of the hanging weight. Quarter Cow weights generally average from 180-225 lbs hanging, $1575-$1950.

 

As weights on each Quarter vary, we charge just a flat $300 deposit to confirm your order, and the remaining balance once your beef is ready and we have the final weight from the butcher.

How much freezer space do you need? A Quarter takes up approx 4 cubic feet
