4 Pork Chops/Pork Sirloin Chops

1 Sirloin Tip Roast (may be substituted with Short Ribs upon request)

Packs are pre-made. Each pack will vary slightly by weight and may vary slightly by cut. Minimum 4 prime beef steaks (T-bone, Rib Steak), 1 Prime Beef Roast (Sirloin Tip or Baron) - roast may be substituted with Short Ribs upon request. 
Priced per pound at $19.95/lb, an average of 12lbs per pack will total $240/pack.
